For those that hobby with downloading files from the Internet, of course download speed with high bandwidth is really needed. The download speed to be a serious thing to look for a solution in order to save costs and time of access. As we all known, Internet Download Manager is the best download manager software.
Actually we can improving the download speed by configure the default settings. Based on my personal experiences with modifying these default settings, my internet download speed was increased although it slightly, better than nothing… 
In the main page of IDM, click the “Downloads > Option” tab menu. First at the “General” tab, choose and give the checklist with the browsers type that you are used to be integrated at the words “Capture downloads from the following browsers”.
With the same window go to the Connection tab. At the “Connection Type/Speed” column, choose the fastest connection such as LAN 10 MB or adapted to the connections that you used, and change the “Default Max Conn Number” box and select number 16.
Finish… The tips above are specific to the user software Internet Download Manager. Maybe this could be a little more help to accelerate your download speed. But of course all depends with the internet connection you’re used.
